RETURN POLICY 3 STEP RETURNS PROCESS Complete the returns forms detailing your email address, order number which begins with Zimbadnass, item returned, and reason for return. If your order didn’t come with a return form, please use the link below to download a form. Upon receiving your returned package, we will process your requested refund. You will then receive a refund confirmation by email/SMS.

RETURN POLICY If you are not entirely satisfied with the goods you have received, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original resalable condition. Once returned, you will be entitled to receive a refund, excluding the original postage and packaging costs. We cannot refund items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in their original condition. Please ensure you include a completed returns form with your order (if you don't have one, you can download it here). Ensure your return is securely packaged and meets all the conditions outlined at the bottom of this page. Please be aware that we no longer facilitate exchanges. Returns within the UK should be shipped with a service that provides a tracking number and insurance, as we are not liable for delayed or lost packages. Please use ROYAL MAIL for UK returns. For international returns, please use a tracking service like UPS or DHL. Ensure your return contains all necessary information, such as your Order number, Name, and reason for return. RETURN TERMS AND GUIDELINES All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and include original tags and/or packaging if applicable. We are not responsible for the return shipping costs. All items must be in their original, resalable condition. Please package all returned items securely to prevent damage during transit. Please note that for hygiene reasons, bodysuits, socks, and underwear cannot be returned if removed from their original packaging. If returning footwear, ensure the box is protected with outer packaging. The box is part of the product, so any damage may result in refusal of the return. Ensure all return packages are sent using a trackable, insured service. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost during return transit. Include the return form with your goods; failure to do so may result in your return not being processed.

INTERNATIONAL For all international returns, use a tracking service to monitor your return. Please be aware of potential additional costs associated with international returns. PROCESSING YOUR RETURN We require up to 10 business days to process your return once the merchandise is received at the Zimbadnass London warehouse. Financial institutions may need additional time to process the refund before funds are credited back to your account. You'll receive notification from us once the refund has been processed.
